Today, American Small Business League (ASBL) President Lloyd Chapman issued a blog in the Huffington Post regarding statements made by the Jovita Carranza, Acting Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in a June 19, 2008 letter to the editor of The New York Times.
