Senators urge SBA to redo set-aside rules for women

We’re happy to see that the Senate is taking action to protect small business and putting pressure on the SBA. The ASBL is also looking forward to the introduction of S.2300.

S. 2300 “Small Business Contracting Revitalization Act” will address;
- Contract bundling
- Annual re-certification via CCR (with out additional bureaucracy see Sec. 502)
- Subcontractor misrepresentation
- Expands opportunities for minority, women and service-disabled veteran owned small business.
