The U.S. Small Business Administration will host its second national regulatory fairness hearing on March 12th at 10am. As a leader in your small business community this hearing provides a great opportunity for you to voice your small business concerns regarding unfair or excessive federal regulatory enforcement on a national stage.
The ASBL recently testified at a hearing in San Francisco and based on our testimony the SBA's National Ombudsman mandated a high level review and response to the diversion of federal small business contracts to large corporations.
I hope that this event provides you with the opportunity to bring your most important issues to the attention of high-level officials in the federal government. For your reference, I have posted the details below.
