In the clip, Lloyd Chapman, President and founder of the American Small Business League discusses the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and their opposition to policies that will affect small businesses in a positive way. The main problem is that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce does not support the removal of Fortune 1000 corporations and other large businesses from the federal governments database of small businesses.
